All Trans

I was referred to all Trans from a mechanic and other motor head friends after a few nightmare experiences with two ford dealers. I was on my last nerve when I got to Jen in the office , she was polite , efficient and professional. When Michael put my truck on the computer he found multiple codes left by the ford dealers mechanics. Michael reset the computer and said " drive it until the light comes back on and we'll see what is really wrong , I don't want fix anything that is not wrong ". After being through the dealership wringer that statement was like a breath of fresh air and I was at ease about my truck , which is also how I earn my living , for the first time in weeks. When I picked my truck up Michael told to call if anything was funny or it did not seem right. There was some funny shifting so I called and he said bring it back . I did and he diagnosed it for free and we talked about what happen , he suggested a routine maintenance solution that cost me $11 dollars and profited him nothing except earning him another grateful customer and a solid reference to anyone with transmission problems. Right on All Trans !

After 9 months of sitting in front of my house I decided to fix my old 2000 Honda Accord Coupe V6 so my nephew can use it to drive to school and work.

I call Jen and she was great in giving me information in what would be require to get the car up and running again. I describe the problem to her and over the phone she gave me a quote and a time frame when the work would be completed.
Not only was the job done in only a few days, it came very close to the projected quote. I'm also really glad to know that with the repairs, the work is guarantee for one year/12,000 miles.
(The car also had a problem with a sticky gas petal and they fix that with no charge.)

The shop is very clean and pretty easy to find. Jen was super nice and even let me pick up the car after shop hours.

I'm very happy with the quality of work and customer service here at All Trans. The mechanics and head mechanic, Mike, here are very knowledgable and welcomed me into the shop to view the problems and issues associated with my vehicle. They kept me informed on any problems my car was having, and advice on future "possibles". The receptionist here, who's name is Jenny, made me feel at home and confident that my issues were being handle with the utmost priority. Thank you All Trans! My '98 Ford Explorer had serious transmission issues. All Trans was recommended to me from my insurance company as a reliable, fast acting, and friendly place. THEY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTIONS. My car was seen right away and I was called by Jen within 30 minutes of turning my car in. The estimation from Jen was right on point for the final total minus tax for everything they did. We were in a tough spot and All Trans came through. Jen in the front office was very understanding and helpful - did a great job. Mike, the owner, was also very helpful. Also, they stand by their warranty. After the initial repair we still had some issues, so I took the car back and they put a lot more work into it - at no cost to me - and the car is running great. I just recently brought my truck to All Trans to totally rebuild the transmission and i couldn't have chose a better shop. I work with Jen whom provided knowledge and great customer service. they ended up quoting about right price and were done early even which was great because i was without a vehicle. also the 1 year, 12,000 mile warranty gives me peace of mind that even if i have issues they will take care of me.
