I actually recommended this place to my co-worker. However, after my 2nd experience with them last week I will not be going back and I advised her to stay away as well. Awful customer service and awful end product. The programs I had printed there for my sister-in law's wedding were first given to me with words cut off and too long on the top and bottom. They re-did them again and words were still cut off!! They offered to re-make them again but it was too late as we had to leave that day to go to the wedding. I was barely apologized too and wasn't even offered a partial refund for my troubles and added stress. When I asked for a refund I was responded with a rude email saying how they tried to make it right. however, messing up their product 2 times in a row and not getting my product delivered to me in a timely manner is not making it right. It was just an awful experience and I was even dealing with the owner.

Very disappointed that a local company will act like this. I guess I will take my services online.
