Great service by Rosa and JuanCarlos. We were charged for only what we needed and nothing more. Explained everything we needed service wise and what we didn't need.

My God, horrific experience. Beware of the people at this dealership. I've never been disrespected in this way. One of the "sales managers" named Enrique Brito (really bad manners, cheap suit, terrible teeth and horrible breath) has no regard for customer service. Internet Sales Rep by the name of Yanelis promised and verified 3 times over the phone before showing up to the dealership a price of 36,500. When I showed up Mr. Brito would not honor it. Mr. Brito confirmed price given by Yanelis and still told me he didn't care what the price given was - he was going to sell it for whatever the "f" he wanted (which was 950 dollars more). Total lack of respect and no customer service skills. Beware of this dealership and Enrique Brito and Yanelis. They will pull a bait and switch just to get you in, then increase the price on you.

I really don't understand how toyota let guys like these ruin their brand. I went to this dealership to get a used car, and they tried to sell me a different one, because 'they wouldn't be able to get me financing for the other one', I actually reconsidered it and bought the car they recommended, and drove away. A week later, the sales man called me and told me I had to visit the dealership again to discuss some changes to the agreement. They wanted me to raise the down payment amount, and my interest rate had increased as well, because 'their financial institution' disposed so. They also run my credit 8 times! So I said NO, and turned the car in, and they refused to give me my money back, they wanted to push me into buying another car! Finally they charged me for the miles driven, and for insurance for the week I drove the car, and I had to return the day after to collect my money. These people are snakes that would try to sell you a car no-matter-what. They're just clowns that don't know how to do business.

My experience with this dealer was great... Except they knowingly sold me a car with A/C problems without telling me!!!!



The A/C on the car I bought a few days ago from South Dade Toyota doesn't work when you first start the car. Knowing this now, it makes sense why the sales guy drove the car to "clean the windows" and "get a forgotten floor mat" before I got in the car for a test drive and when leaving the dealership. He was clearly driving it to make sure the A/C kicked in!



The A/C has had this issue every morning since the day I bought it, they clearly knew it was an issue and tried to get away with it. Luckily, I bought an extended warranty from my credit union and don't have to deal with these people anymore.



Buyer beware!

This is the best dealership in Homestead :)
