Holiday Tyme Pet Hotel

Do not use this kennel! My dog almost died because of their neglect. It cost thousands of dollars to get him healthy again, and it could have been avoided had they cared to pay more attention to him. He didn't pee for at least 5 days while in their care. We tried to contact the owner several times regarding the issue, and she was not responsive. It's ashame they pride themselves on caring for animals when in reality they only care about money!

My dogs love this place. They have there own space inside and out. The staff is great and loves the dogs.(cats too) I came their unannounced and the place was very clean.No dog smell. After going to many places my search is over.They also do grooming!! In the summer the inside has air conditioning and the winter there are two types of heat. One is a pellet stove that keeps the place nice and toasty.
