Falabella, Anna MD

Internal Medicine
She received her medical degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela, Escuela Luis Razetti in 1986, after which she completed a one-year internship in internal medicine at Hospital Jose Gregorio Hernandez in Caracas.

Ultrasound
Clara has complemented her knowledge and experience by attending many training sessions over the years, and specializes in providing skin care treatments, microdermabrasion, LED, radio frequency and ultrasound, micro current, medical grade chemical peels, acne management, and skin pen.
Radiation Oncology
Dr. Moore graduated with honors in Biology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook Health Sciences Center in 1995. A New York native, Dr. Moore obtained his medical degree and doctorate from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001. In 2002, he completed his medical internship at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, New York, and soon after was selected to complete a very coveted fellowship in the department of dermatology at The Mount Sinai Icahn School of Medicine in New York City. Subsequently, he then completed a second very prestigious joint fellowship in the departments of radiation oncology and dermatology at The Mount Sinai Icahn School of Medicine in New York City. Both fellowships focused on skin cancer and novel approaches for genetic testing and treatment of cutaneous malignancy. Dr. Moore completed his residency in dermatology at Broward General Medical Center/Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Vascular Surgery
He attended medical school at the Universidad Central de Venezuela, Luis Razetti School of Medicine. He then completed a post-graduate residency in general and vascular surgery at the Graduate Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where he served as chief resident in surgery. He has also held positions including Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Universidad Central de Venezuela, Hospital Universitario – Surgical Service II.
Mohs Surgery
Dr. Weiss specializes in Mohs surgery for skin cancer removal, facial rejuvenation including cosmetic laser technology, Botox, facial fillers, soft tissue augmentation, leg and facial vein treatment, and tumescent liposuction.

Dr. Danielle Nicolazzo, D.O. is a Board Certified Dermatologist based in South Florida who practices general, medical, laser, and cosmetic dermatology for patients of all ages. Dr. Nicolazzo focuses on providing quality cosmetic and medical dermatology patient care that is tailored to each patient. Eczema
After PA school, Victoria worked in GI oncology at the University of Miami Sylvester Cancer Center. She then transitioned into the field of dermatology, where she has been working for the past seven years. Victoria’s experience allows her to diagnose and treat patients of all ages. She specializes in treating a wide variety of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, along with hair and nail conditions. She is trained to perform biopsies and screen for skin cancers. She is an active member of the Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She continues her education by regularly attending dermatology conferences and seminars.
Lesions
She then was hired at Hollywood Dermatology to coordinate our Psoriasis Center of Excellence. She has extensive knowledge and training in biologics, UVB, and Xtrac laser for psoriasis and atopic dermatitis as well as other inflammatory conditions. She also performs surgical procedures for skin cancer and benign lesions. She lectures on the use of biologics and has spoken for the National Psoriasis Foundation.

Dora gained a majority of her experience and knowledge by attending many trainings at the Dermalogica professional-grade skin care company in Fort Lauderdale. She specializes in skin care, anti-aging facials, brightening facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion facials, LED, and ultrasound.

She is also experienced in giving effective skin care analysis, advising clients regarding skin care treatments and home care regimens, and providing appropriate nutritional guidance to promote healthy skin.

Nancy Muskat MMS, PA-C graduated in 2004 from Nova Southeastern University with a Master’s in Medical Science. From 2005 to 2008 she was offered a private dermatology residency with a local dermatologist who specialized in psoriasis.
