        Richard and all the people that work there are great. I purchased a bike that after riding it a day I decided it wasn't right for me.. Richard was kind enough to exchange the bike for one that suited my needs better., fitted the new bike and made modifications to it to make it a comfortable bike to ride

        Their bikes are amazing! I doubt at first with the price, because it is so affordable, thinking that it might not be of high quality. But I was wrong!

        I have done business with Big Wheel since 2001, that is when I got my first mountian bike, after that I got another bike for the road cause I do long distance bike tours and needed a distance road bike.



        Tony and is wife Sandy are always helpfull, nice people with a strong family unit - yes they get busy but when I have a question or need something, I just ask. Last month my mountian bike got stolen - the insurance needed a reciept - It was over 10 years I did not have the reciept nor did the shop but Tony took the time to write out on letterhead a statment that they know longer have the reciept but he remembers me and when I bought the bike a few years back and gave a estiment of the cost - it worked perfect with the claims department who where very skeptical to me untill that - Sure I been to other shops and shot the breeze with staff at other shops, its all good but I like dealing with Tony at Bike Wheel and soon as I get my insurance check will be going right back to Big Wheel. The store is well stocked and they always got deals on bikes below retail price.



        On weekends they even have 50 to 100 riders leave from the store for a good ride and if you are not at fast skill level they have a second group. Who do you think leads the group - Tony with the fast group and Sandy with the slower group - Cycling is their hobby and profesion, want to deal with a cyclist or to someone where else that its just a paycheck.

        Cycling is spoken at Big Wheel, no pun intended.

        its the placed i stopped in at so the people could give me pointerd on biking from theri shop to different bike shops and nice places from fort lauderdale to key west.



        They hooked me up with connections, freestuff good people fun times
