Beauty Of Wax

These people are a bunch of crooks! I have been a good loyal customer & buying packages from them for a long time. Even brought people into their business. The last package I bought was $117 and then I had to move unexpected. I now live in SEATTLE, WASHINGTON. I just flew down this morning to visit and went into Beauty of Wax to get a refund because I no longer live here. I never in a million years would think that a business would not refund a persons money if THEY MOVED ACROSS THE COUNTRY! It's not like I live here & can use it when I need. I get waxed in Washington WHERE I LIVE so I have nothing to wax! If I lived in Florida & was asking for a refund out of the blue and they said no....okay maybe, but me LIVING ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COUNTRY & they denying a refund is flat out wrong & horrid customer service...plus I have bought multiple packages from them, talked highly to friends about them....solid loyal customer. Kind of a slap in the face. And to top it off she told me HER ATTORNEY would call me to explain. Explain what? That you are taking my money for a service I can't receive? Bottom line, true colors came through, they don't care about their customers....they just care about $$$$$. Take your business else where. I guess refunding my $117 & being good people doing good business is going to make them go broke.



Horrible customer service.

I decided to try beauty of wax for my first Brazilian wax. When I walked in I gave the receptionist my email and info, and my technician Amelia took me into the room right away. I was super nervous because my skin is EXTREMELY sensitive (I've always had reactions to other waxes). The room was clean and Amelia applied this blue European wax. She was quick and efficient making the process more pleasant then I expected (were talking about a Brazilian here!). She used gloves and threw away each spatula she used on me (A+ for cleanliness). My skin felt great and I had no reaction. I am happy to say I will be coming back here for my monthly wax and will recommend them to friends and family.
