Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live! This place is a nightmare the management is beyond terrible and I totally agree with the previous reviewer on all fronts and it is just getting worse! The winter was terrible roads plowed once a day if you are lucky it got so bad the fire department finally stepped in thank gosh .. The roads and overall look of the park has depleted drastically since I have first moved in here if you buy a mobile home in here expect to sell it at a huge loss, We did just get a new park manager and I wonder what they were thinking putting her here she clearly has no experience running a company and has the worst people skills I have ever witnessed driving around in here all you see in trash flying around,weeds and potholes... Run..Run..Run!

We moved here because we thought it would be a nice place to raise our children but its been a nightmare since we rented this place. The office staff is completely un professional and clueless they forget to put in work orders and beyond that they are just plain rude.. And if you want something fixed I surely hope you have a few months to wait and if they tell you they are coming don't hold your breath they wont even extend you a courtesy call to let you know they cancelled.. They never keep the road's plowed and the roads are all busted up besides that overall the place looks pretty on the outside but stay away it is far too over priced for the service abd treatment you will receive. As soon as our lease is up we will be finding a nicer place..
