Ottawa County, Michigan Works is an agency that offers a range of employment, training and business services. The agency is administered by Ottawa County. It hosts a selection of EMPLOYMENT-RELATED workshops and programs. Ottawa County Works administers a summer youth program that creates informational collateral for work sites and screening youths for JOB enrollment. The agency’s workforce development board is a group comprised of the public, private and consumer sectors. In addition, it operates a business services unit that works with businesses on issues related to market diversity, human resource functionality and tax abatements. Ottawa County Works also offers GED and English as a Second Language programs.
