First Choice Medical PLLC

If I got into my entire story I would need a book to write it but I'll do my best in a short but true story. In 1995 I moved out to Holbrook from Queens and first thing I did was look for a Doctor for myself and my family. Guess what I found First Choice Medical which was like a mini hospital. The staff which to me was very important were amazing, the M.A.'s to the P.A.'s to the Doctor where the best Iv'e been around in years. As the years went on I had to choose a primary Physician for my insurance company and Doctor Lawerence Goldman was my choice and Thank God I made that decision cause in 2001 I had a sudden near death fatal Heart Attack and found myself in Brookhaven hospital. My left ventricle totally done and two major arteries 100% blocked. they worked on me for a long time having to jump start my heart nine times just to keep me alive. Well lets speed this up 23 days after Brookhaven and Stonybrook and Doctor Goldman comming to see me everyday I went home. Since 2001 I see Doctor Goldman at First Choice Medical every 30 days religiously. I have a Cardioogist, Pulmonary Specialist but when it is all said and done I thank God I have Doctor Goldman. He put my worries at ease, convinced me to get a pacemaker/defibrillator where no other Doctor could and takes care of me 100% for the past 17 years like if I was his family member. At First Choice Medical everyone is treated like family not just me. My wife, son, mom, brother and his family, friends all go to First Chice Medical and believe me they Thank me everyday. They are the Best and Doctor Goldman is the Godfather of medicine!

The office hours on the website and also when you call them says open Sunday 8am-1pm. However, the doors were closed at 12:45 pm. That’s ridiculous,

Do not go to for DOT physical. After paying the initial $125 for the physical they made me come back and pay a co pay just so they could sign the certificate. Not to mention making me wait and hour and a half for a set appointment. Scammers, Never again.

If you need a CDL DOT certificate, stay as far away from this place as possible. Put me through the wringer last year, waited days for someone to sign off, and unknowingly only certified me for 1 year. Of course NY DMV suspended my CDL privileges. I will never go back to this place again. Staff is rude, and they will lie to you to get you to make more appointments. Bring a big book if you walk in and wait too.

Went there they coded my bill wrong to the insurance company too forever to fix then reported it to collections who refuses to take it off my report

HORRIBLE PLACE.. Staff are terrible! The doctor sucks too. Waited for over an hour and a half. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

If you are not feeling well, and cannot see your own doctor, or do not have a doctor, this is the place to go. Very competent doctors, good service.
