Crystal Lakes Apartments-T & R Property

Today, April 29, 2015, during a routine Internet search, I discovered the following notion appearing on one of my previously filed reviews/complaints; and pertaining to T&R Properties d/b/a Crystal Lake Apartments: "Hiding negative complaints is... http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/T.R.-Properties-Inc-dba Crystal-Lake-Apartment/Hilliard-Ohio-43026/TR-Properties-Inc - dba." Now, that particular review/complaint does not appear on certain sites which it had previously appeared.



Based on the foregoing, I'm now carefully monitoring all of my previously filed reviews and complaints; amending and updating them when necessary and appropriate; and to insure that my reviews/complaints are not "hidden" and/or otherwise "buried." My motivation is based on my belief that the public needs to be WARNED about T&R Properties' business practices.



On this site, I had previously WARNED people to be very careful in dealing with this company: 1) review tenants' complaints filed, against this company, with the Better Business Bureau; 2) review any written and executed documents with this company, and insure that you have, in fact, signed and executed a "Residential Apartment Lease - Terms and Conditions;" and 3) take advantage of depositing your monthly rent payments, in Rent Escrow with the Franklin County Municipal Court, until requested repairs have been completed.



Subsequent to my previous review/complaint on this site; I have further clarified my WARNING that the complaints, filed with the Better Business Bureau, speak for themselves' and those complaints suggest a familiar, recurring, and persistent pattern of failure to make repairs; breaches of contract; and "questionable" billing and collection practices, tactics and procedures.



Now, in addition to contending that the complaints, filed with the Better Business Bureau, speak for themselves; I strongly recommend researching other complaints, filed against this company, by former tenants and employees; which provide compelling "suggestions" that this company has had a history of failing to make repairs; breaches of contract; and "questionable" billing and collection practices, tactics, and procedures.



I note, with interest that, in addition to an apparent attempt to "hide" and/or "bury" negative reviews and complaints; there appears to be an attempt to "flood" the Internet with "reviews" from properties located in other states and/or using difference addresses and/or identifiers for offending properties.



Consequently, in order to conduct more meaningful and accurate Internet research, on this company; one would have to carefully define the search parameters such as: "t&r properties hilliard ohio complaints;" or "crystal lake apartments hilliard ohio complaints." Please take notice of using "complaints" instead of "reviews."
