I wasnt even a customer of this taxi service, I was simply standing in a parking lot when the car pulled in, sounding like it was about to fall apart. When my husband and I looked towards the car, the woman behind the wheel started swearing for at us and causing a scene. When I called to talk to them about this, I was hung up on. Extremely unprofessional on so many levels.

I would give them a negative score if I could.They have Horrendous sense of time my car broke down and I'm trying to get work so I call a cab and they tell me it will be 45 min. Okay so 45 min later still no cab call the dispatcher again I'm the next call out they tell me.Now it's been an hour and 45 min still no taxi call back the dispatcher I get an attitude and they tell me the Driver will be there in the next 10 to 12 min.your a F*** taxi company the whole point is to provide people with punctual transportation.I could have an emergency and with Joeys taxi I would not have made it in time.They are the worst taxi company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
