We were encouraged to use Pasha by our rep, as a solution for custom made quality furniture, and one that is not found everywhere in Austin. As it turns out, they do not have the ability to make custom, quality, furniture as requested, they do not pattern match and unfortunately are unable to negotiate even a most simple of errors.



Our experience was that when they did not understand an industry term of a sofa in a "3/3" (3 cushion over 3 cushion) they did not ask for direction, but indeed made the sofa incorrectly. Which we tried to suggest to our client as a solution for them, taking a hit for the mistake to try to not further tax anyone involved. The client was not interested, so we ordered more fabric, under the guise that we would be reimbursed...which did not happen. Then, once the sofa arrived, EVERY dimension (width, depth and length) was actually inaccurate. To our surprise! And of course our client noticed and communicated her dislike.



Wanting to continue to grow our relationship with Pasha, WE offered to purchase the mistake sofa from them, and they could simply remake the sofa that was ordered (not the one they tried to pass off on us), and reimburse the fabric we had to supply for a second time, and make the sofa we actually ordered, as a solution. You'd think. But wait...there's more...



After numerous communications they saw fit to not only not hold to their original negotiations to reimburse us for the initial fabric due to their mistake, they also saw fit to tell us we needed to purchase a new sofa to replace THEIR mistake, new COM fabric and return their mistake sofa...at our expense.



Needless to say we advised them that we did not HAVE to purchase from them and indeed would go to a trusted vendor to seek a new sofa. "SAM" was initially helpful and then not only decided not to stand behind his product, but once he was confronted with his error...canceled another nearly $6k of orders we have submitted with Pasha since his initial mistake.



Understanding his fear of being held accountable for quality and specifications, this may have got the best of him...we are happy that we will not make their apologies nor deal with their deceitful practices any longer.



Without hesitation, we do NOT recommend Pasha!
