tile back splash, sink, garbage disposal, stove hood vent, under cabinet lights, etc,ect...He is a Perfectionist and did everything to Perfection. (THE BEST !!!!! )

It is not often that you work with a company these days that has expertise as well as impeccable customer service. Vanler and his wife were wonderful to work with, they provided excellent recommendations and advice in every aspect of design, layout, materials, and accessories. We were thrilled with the result. We had heard nightmares about other companies with long delays, high prices, and poor customer service. "Your Dreams" offered exceptional service and value and finished right on-time and on-budget as promised. We have already recommended them to two of our friends and they are having the same experience. GREAT, WONDERFUL, HIGH QUALITY and PROFESSIONAL!!! This is a three-ringed circus. They damaged my lawn backing their van into the driveway across the street where they are doing work.

When confronted their excuses went:

1) It wasn't us, "it was the guy who just left". They seem to have not realized that I saw THEM do it.

2) They didn't realize the swale "was mine". Even if it belonged to the the Association, as they claim to have believed, someone was going to have to pay for the damage they caused. So this is just crock. They didn't like it when asked if that meant that they were disrespecting the entire community then.

At the end of the day, I'm stuck having to fix my own lawn because these morons can't drive.

I would not hire these people as I'm sure this work ethic extends into the other things they do: don't take responsibility, and leave a mess for someone else to clean up.

This workshop is preceded by the honesty of owner Ramon Napoles. It is unfortunate that Vanler Napoles his son is tracing that reputation.Not only the poor quality of the work is also the lack of honesty.I do not recomended them.

A+ service. We had kitchen and bathroom cabinets made. Vanler was patient and had excellent design ideas! He also helped me design my craft room walk in closet. I am very pleased with the quality and timely install! Also, the prices are reasonable.
We are now having a custom designed wall unit made.
I highly recommend this company.

Cabinets were placed 3 months later. When cabinets placed punctured a general pipe. Had contract plumber. Owner went on a cruise and placed my cabinets in patio and the got wet. My house the cabinets full of ant and now I have to contract a fumigator. Horrible nightmare with this company. My blood pressure was high during this process.

Not a good experience with these guys at all. Its been 2 months and my kitchen is still to be finished. Not to mention when they installed the counter tops they messed them up and tried to hide it so i never noticed and paid them, now that they got paid its been really stressful to get them to come back to rectify their work. Vanler and his wife almost never answer their phones, and yes their mailboxes are always full so theres no way to leave a message. I would not recommend them to anybody, it has really been a stressful and painful experience.
