        Overall

        The first visit, they were on time and very friendly. Was late the next 4 out of 5 times. One time, she never showed up. Waited an hour before I called to find out why, to be told the generator broke down). Understandable, but she could have had the decency to call and let me know instead of me waiting around for an hour.



        This past weekend, she didn't show up at all again. I called, texted, emailed, left a voice message No response. Nothing.



        What a horrible way to run your business. If you can't handle the customer volume, at least have the courtesy to contact your customers and let them know instead of ignoring them and dropping them out of the blue. Would not recommend Roamin' Baths to anyone, unless you like inconsistency, irresponsibility, and undependable service.
