Horrible penny pinching company with managers that would rather argue than provide propper customer service and resolve. I called to cancel my trash service 4 days prior to my next delivery. I was told they needed an advanced notice so I would be charged one additional week $6.00 ( no problem seemed reasonable. ) The problem arose when they didn't bother to pick-up my trash on my regular trash day. My trash sat on the curb for a full week because I moved. I called the company and was told only a manger could reverse the charge but she was in a meeting. I called 3 more times and was told the same thing. When I got my bill I tried to contact the manager 2 more times without any luck. I paid the bill minus the $6.00. Yesterday I got a notice from a collection agency for $18.00. Very upset I finally spoke with that managers (alleged) supervisor. After arguing for 15 minutes she said she'd split the difference for $9.00!!!I am now seriously considering filling a small claims suit just out of principal.
