The one mistake I made in planning my wedding was using this company. The driver didnt know the details of where to go, and everyone complained about him driving erratically, made a very poor choice of using a small path instead of the regular exit, and got stuck. My entire wedding party had to get off and wait while the driver tried to get out of the ditch. Then they had to stop and wait again cause the tailpipe had come loose. I know these things happen, but it happened because the driver chose to avoid traffic and exit through the tiny road. One of the passengers was a school bus driver and she even advised the driver that he might get stuck going that way, but he ignored her. It caused a delay of the entire day, and angry family and friends. I'd be fine with a delay and a mess any other day, but not on my wedding day!
