Walmart - Pharmacy

I normally don't have an issue with this pharmacy but today i did. My doctor office called in my Rx before the pharmacy even opened today. I call around 9:30 and I'm told they haven't gotten anything yet. Which is unusual for my pharmacy to not call right away. I call my Dr office back and they say it was called in. So they call it in a second time. I give Walmart time and I'm told again by the same girl Samantha we don't have anything. I wait and wait for hours then at 1:30 I called a third time. The same girl Samantha puts me on hold almost ten minutes comes back and says ''were working on that for you''. She says nothing else. I continue to be polite even though at this point I'm disappointed . I ask her how long will it take, she replies 30-45 minutes. She then lies and says it was just called in. Then slips up and tells the truth by saying, we just got it off the voicemail. That means my Dr office left two voicemails for them and no one cared to do their job. I for one was upset at her just coming back not being helpful and she knew i had called three times because this was a priority for me to take care of today. I am pregnant and really need this medicine. I called my Dr office back to apologize for them having to call the Rx in twice. I told them Walmart lied and said it was JUST called in. She said oh wow i called them in hours ago. My doctor office cares and would never wait all day to call in a Rx needed. My Dr office called the Rx in a little after 8am, then again around 10. I didn't appreciate being lied by her and her choosing to be unhelpful to me. I really thought she was polite at first then realized she didn't take pride in her job and was lying to me which was awful. She assumed I would believe her saying my doctor office just called it in. I didn't so called the store manager and spoke with her. She said she would investigate why it would take an additional 30-45 minutes if they claimed to be working on it. She apologized for what happened. I feel bad if its happening to other customers, I can't trust that pharmacy anymore as long as Samantha is working there telling lies, it makes you wonder why someone would do something like that. It seems very much intentional since I've never had that type of experience with any Walmart pharmacy. My husband was finally able to get my medicine at 2:15 today. Ive been in pain all day and this very much upset me. I don't trust Walmart to fill my medicine and can't use them anymore. There is a Kroger closer to me I'll ] have to use now.
