These people are scam artist. Do not use them. I myself feel through the floor of one of their two bedrooms. They charged our deposite $100 for carpet cleaning then did not have it done. Now are telling the new renters they will pay them our money to clean carpets theirselves. It would take me a month just to have someone come out and fix one thing. And so much more. Please do not use this company.

Beware..these people are liars and deceitful. They misled us in believing we would receive our security deposit back and threatened to issue a judgement against us if we did not pay the last two months on the lease . Then after we pay them and move back to Pa, they then tell us we forfeited our deposit. What cowards!!! I will definitely see them in court real soon! Do not do business with them! DON'T use this agency! The new owner and his wife are unprofessional and clueless!

I have done business with this agency for almost 16 years. I have never had a problem. Since Mr. Howell purchased the agency, I have had several BIG problems. I hired the agency to manage my property as I travel often. For several months, Ray Fredericks Realty Co has NOT collected the money and posting the money to my account. When I call to inquire, Mr. Howell and or his wife are rude, condescending, defensive and completely clueless. Mr. Howell explained that he dealt with "700+ people and over $300,000 a month." If this is accurate, why can't he seem to get my simple transaction correct...

There are too many reputable agencies that provide excellent, professional customer service in the area to leave your hard-earned money to this shoddy unprofessional!
