        Overall

        I can't get them to send me quote. I took time off from work to meet salesman, now I can't get him to return phone call or email. Seems a little ridiculous

        Refinishing and new carpet

        Everything went well. The salesmen (women) was great and so where the men that did the work. I left my home for 10 days and returned to a totaly new house. Would highly recommend

        Poor from start to finish

        Company is very busy (you'll be told this often). Sales staff have poor knowledge of flooring products and options. Communication is with a variety of individuals and is confusing (and sometimes conflicting). Workmanship of flooring was poor with many defects and problems requiring follow-up. Ordinary care was not taken by workers entering customers home.



        Would not use again, would not recommend.
