I’ve been seeing them for almost a year. They always listen to me. They hear my concerns. Jennifer Smith is who I see regularly and she’s an absolute lifesaver. Everyone there is super friendly. Especially The front desk staff. I had to come in frequently after a health scare and a large number of issues. They don’t complain or seem impatient like many other places I’ve been to. They listen to my concerns and kindly tell me what they think is best. Jennifer even referred me to an integrative medicine specialist which has greatly improved my life. I wrote her (Dani Williamson) a five star review as well.

Anyone who knows me knows that when it comes to healthcare, my standards are high. Not just for me but for everyone. Healthcare is one of the most important battles we have in the country. Reliance Medical Associates is an honorable and exemplary example of what a practice is and should be.

I am not sure what the bad reviews are for. I have been going here for the past two years and haven't had any problems with anyone. Totally NOT a walk in clinic. I currently see Tamara Parrish and she's great. She takes the time to listen to me and help me with any questions I have. I know that I can call anytime I experience problems and usually can get right in to see her. The check in and check out staff are very friendly and helpful. The nurses are kind of stern/cold seeming, but you go to ANY facility and they are usually like that. I only see them for a few moments so I don't worry about them. It is the doctor you concern yourself with.

Guy A., thank you for posting this. I love doctor, Dr. Montegue, who was my PC physician for about 6 years and expressed my concerns of the decline in front office staff/manager and how rude they are to patients, as if we are an inconvenience. Unfortunately, I missed a 4/9/14 appointment due to an emergency underground water pipe breakage. The office sent a threatening letter wrongfully claiming I was a no show twice and at risk of being dismissed from the practice. I called, asked to speak to my doctor, and was put on hold to speak with the office manager. Held 15 min, so I hung up and called again. Asked to have my doctor call me the next day. At noon the next day, I called asking to speak with my doctor but was passed to the office manager, Rhonda, who admitted the staff was wrong in sending that letter. Instead of an apology, I was told that my doctor had no time to speak to me (yes, her patient of many years) because she was busy seeing other patients. Rhonda continued saying she corrected the charges and sent me a dismissal letter in the mail already because I was not happy with my experience. (Tell me, who does this? Who would be happy?) Advised this type of inappropriate behavior ruins a doctor's practice. If a patient cannot be treated kindly and gets stressed by the office staff when seeking care, how can a patient expect to receive quality and proper care beyond this point? Rhonda advised to tell my new doctor to ask them for my records. Told her to send all of them to me. I also filed a complaint with Aetna. Life is too short to be treated like garbage. Next!

This practice is nothing short of a walk in clinic. The bedside manor is terrible, and employees attitudes follow! Don't waste your time.
