Bowed windows, bowed walls, bad concrete, warped foundation, a "project manager" who isn't even a contractor and runs projects by phone--- If you're even thinking of doing business with these clowns, RUUUUUUUUUUN, or get a lawyer.



This is the worst builder I've seen. And I've built before and it was a positive experience. Not this time.



12 weeks into a 6 week project, no activity for weeks at a time, and a builder who has to call me because he has no idea what's happening on the job site. Absentee builder. Owner is Terry Frazier. Also runs Elite Builds. Beware.
