ive been coming to see dr guillen for 5 yrs now and have always had a wonderful experience as well as my children and family. honest dependable and extremely knowledgable. he's always has the latest and greatest and makes you feel like a real person and not a dollar sign. I've had lots of problems with cavities in the past and since visiting dr g I've yet to get another cavity.

his passion for his patients is simply divine. you must experience it yourself or your just missing out. I promise

After living in Las Vegas for almost 8 years I have been through 5 dentists in the Seven Hills, Henderson area and but I am so happy that I found Dr. Ruiz and his office manager Ray. My first contact with Dr. Ruiz came over Labor Day weekend 2010 when I fractured a front tooth eating, of all things, a Starbucks whole grain, egg white, sandwich. Not being able to get to my regular dentist on the Friday before a holiday weekend I decided to try and wait it out until Tuesday but by Saturday night my whole mouth was swollen up and looking pretty infected. I searched the internet for emergency dental service and review after review of the offices available were so scary and terrible and I did not want to go to any of them. I finally stumbled upon Dr. Ruiz emergency dental care ad on Google and made a call to their answering service at 11pm Saturday night. I got a call back from Ray the office manager within 15 minutes and after I explained the situation he offered to come in and open up the office for me at 1am Sunday morning on a holiday weekend. I went in, and as unpleasant as the situation was for the Dr. and Ray to have to come in like this, they were kind, polite, professional and within 30 minutes the rest of my tooth was extracted and I was molded to get a temporary partial in the same night. I can't tell you how lucky I was to find such an amazing dentist and office manager. So if you are in need of emergency dental recommend with the highest of all ratings Dr. Ruiz.



Follow-Up: In the 8 months that has passed since, I have been back and forth a number of times to be fitted for a dental implant. The implant process takes a many months to be done correctly and I am happy to report as of this April 2011 I have a perfectly fitted implant with no pain, infections, headaches, or any of the numerous problems I have read about. Dr. Ruiz and his staff really went the extra mile to make sure that I got the best care possible and I just can’t possible tell you enough how thankful I am for their service. I will never use another dentist again as long as I am in Las Vegas and once again Dr. Ruiz and his staff get my highest recommendation for everything from teeth cleaning, to extractions, and major cosmetic surgery like dental implants.
