All Audi & VW

Since I have found them they have been the most helpful, resourceful, and have done great work. I only take my audi here now and would recommend anyone here for these guys!

I have had my vehicles serviced at Westminster All Audi for nearly 10 years. I have come to them with issues with my 2004 A4, 2010 A5, 2007 A8, 2007 RS4, 2012 A7, 1983 quattro and 1987 Coupe with a very wide range of maintenance and repair needs, and I've had nothing but pleasant and excellent service every time. Randy and his team provide expert service at a completely reasonable price tag. They have taken the oddball cars I have thrown at them with a smile and worked with my needs. I cannot recommend this place enough, they cannot be beaten as a dealer alternative for VW/Audi care.

I had to have my Audi towed there for service. They had great reviews and I thought they would give me great service. Since it was towed two days ago I have called several times to see if they found out what was wrong with my car. Each time was one excuse after another. They did not bother calling me and letting me know anything. Now they are wanting money just to look at it when they first told me that the diagnostic was complimentary since they would be doing the work there. I can't authorize any work, if they can't even tell me what is wrong. The attitude is very unprofessional and now I have to pay another tow to take it somewhere else, to someone that will at least look at it. This is ridiculous and I will not recommend them to anyone. I was prompt to put a star for the rating but they don't deserve any stars.
