        Overall

        I enjoy doing business here. They have excellent products. And, can get trophies and engraving completed quickly for the awards the customer orders.



        Unfortunately, I have experienced a problem with Anady's keeping regular business hours. Once, I came in 20 minutes before closing. Mrs. Anady and an employee were already locked up and heading home for the day. And, by their emotional reaction, they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them quite a bit.



        Today, I looked up the business hours on Anady'strophies.com The website stated they are open Saturday's from 8 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. When I arrived at the business, they were closed. And, I noticed a blue sign in the windowsill stated open Monday through Friday. Mmmm...I know they make signs. Do they make several business signs, and change on a weekly basis depending on how many hours they want to work?



        I was frustrated and disappointed in the Anady's today, to be sure. I'm re-thinking doing business with them in the future.
