My has been going here for months. He’s bipolar and with that comes times of suicidal thoughts. He’s been on several medications. His therapist told us to take him early for his appointment. That they’d get him in to change my son’s meds. We went and they refused to see him. In front of my son, they said that it was against policy to see anyone who is or has been suicidal. He’s been suicidal since last October! They’ve known this. I begged them to see him. He’d agreed to start new medications. Instead, and in front of my son, they said they couldn’t help him and told us to leave. Once we were out, my son looked at me and said, “See, Mom? No one cares about me.” I understand their policy. What I don’t understand is why they couldn’t have pulled me aside to say it. The damage that they did to my son was immense. They are the epitome of unprofessional. I have filed a formal complaint against them. Do NOT take your loved ones here.

The staff is incompetent and cannot even keep the appointment made weeks in advance. We drove a half hour there for nothing! They also do not inform you when you clinican leaves the practice and the staff are very rude. Go elsewhere... these people are awful!

I am being treated here at Dr Faber office. I wouldn't recommend going to this office. I don't have insurance paying for my treatment. The staff is now refusing to take 10 second to fill out a patient assistance program paper which has now cost me over $10,000 that I can't get back. This has hurt my family in the worst way. They do everything they can to cause you to relapse and continue taking your money. Holly forgets every month that you get your medicine after your app. (I don't know how else you suppose to get it) then she calls your assistance program and tells them to cut you off. Then the entire staff refuses to help you. If you go here you will regret it, I promise. The only helpful person in this office was Tasha the receptionist. And I think they fired her, if she were here, she would stand up for me and the truth.

Dr. Faber is great and very caring. Staff is easy to work with too.
