        On May 29th at 9:55 A.M. went to get service on my 1999 Ranger, they had already "STOPPED " taking cars for any service. The past 2 years I have bought 2 vehicles from Heartland Ford, if this is the service I'll receive after the sale, I need to start looking for a new dealer and service center. By the way, Saturday hours don't close until 5 P.M. you either need more techs or better management, or both.
