Multi discipline, professional, friendly, welcoming. Our 11 year old daughter boards her dressage/jumping horse at this barn and she is trained by the owner. We couldn't ask for a better experience. 5 stars all around. This is a magical place with owners that truly love horses and people....and horse loving kids! Safe, progressive and welcoming.

These people almost killed my horse and ripped of the family that was leasing my horse. They were using my horse to give lessons and collecting money while telling the people who had a full lease that they were not the owners and that they were just being paranoid. My horse dropped 300 lbs and for some reason they put shoes on my horse. They then told the family that full leased my horse that we were behind on board. not sure how that happens when the leasors paid the board directly and never mentioned anyone being behind on any board. These People are straight Liars and cheats. Please be aware if you choose to board your horse here to check in on them every day because they will need you throw them hay as they do not.

If I could rate this place as no stars I would. DO not board your horse here! They are unethical and do not care for the horses and will take advantage of you and your horse. I leased my 23 year old horse to a gal there on a full lease and he was not to be ridden more than 3-4 times a week and the gal was to be the only person to ride my horse. Sweetwater, knowing I lived an hour away used him in a lesson program and made money off of him. They then did not feed him enough and he lost over 200 pounds. We have a statement from the vet and had to remove him from the facility. We are seeking legal action so this does not happen to anyone else.
