Worst LTL company I've dealt with in the history of our business. Lost our load - bill of lading in one city, load unknown? Unwilling to make the delivery appointment with Kroger because it involved holding on the line, so we said we'd make the appointment. PittOhio said 'make it for anytime after 11 am'. The first open slot was for 6pm. Guess what - apparently their drivers aren't willing to wait either. There were 4 trucks in front of them at the Kroger gate, so they pulled away and took the load back to their depot. NINE days they've had my load of cookies and still not delivered.



Hey PittOhio - Get your crap together! Nothing worse than hearing your hold message talk about Award Winning Customer Service and "Delivery at a Specific time" when I'm chasing you to make my delivery that I've already PRE-PAID. Don't take the job if you are unwilling to do what it takes to get it done. Back to Werner Trucking - they make the phone call and their drivers actually deliver the product.
