Great customer service and repaired phone quickly

do not take your phone there for anything. horrible service. first told 4 days for new screen. gave them a week. called again, told me a week more. when all said and done 3 weeks passed. told him coming to get money back. guess who found a screen. told to wait 2 hours. got phone back. now screen is dark with brightness set to 100%. lesson learned. going to get a new phone from horizon. new phone 160.00. bad repair to eat, 100.00.

I took one phone to Viewtech last year and had the sim card reader fixed in about 20 minutes and now I got a new Note 5 that needed to be unlocked. It took almost a week but my phone is unlocked and works great. Another place told me fhey couldn't unlock a Sprint phone. I know they were wrong.

HORRIBLE!!!!! went to get my iphone 6 screen fixed got my phone back and it only worked on speaker and my fingerprint would no longer work to unlock. then they tell me to bring it back the next day to fix it and i get it back and my fingerprint still wont work, they tried telling me its my software when i know they're lying because it was working JUST fine until i got it back from them. they did nothing but mess my phone up and to top it all off they put a sticker on the back of my case and when i peeled it off two parts of my flowers came off the case. then when i took it back in the second day to get fixed i told them how they ruined my case so what do they do???? put another sticker back on it i saw when i picked it back up. they charged me $100 (same price as apple) and when i asked for some money back for the inconvenience and for them messing up other things while fixing my screen and they were arguing with me about it. finally the dude gave me $10 back. seriously they were absolutely awful, rude, and very poor knowledge at what they're doing. i wouldnt recommend ANYONE to go here EVER!!!!!!!!!!

I took my G2 to have my lcd replaced they charged me $135 a couple weeks later the screen started to black out, 45 days later the whole screen started to fade. I was told they would replace it again for an additional $65. Yeah right as if I would trust their work again. I do believe that an lcd screen that hasn't been dropped should last more than 45 days. I won't be doing business with then again. Sorry Sorry I did the first time.

Before I went to View Tech, another store quoted me $230+ and at least three days for the part to come in and make the repairs. Had to scrape the extra money together, but checked View Tech out instead and it cost me less than the aforementioned store's quote to have my phone fixed in less than half an hour. The staff seemed very busy and were answering phone calls every couple of minutes, but they were still very courteous and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
