        New roof & gutters

        Removed two existing, layered roofs, one 55 years old and one 20 years old. Repaired dry rot. Installed gutters and new roof. Arrived on time as scheduled each day. Personable and industrious. Cleaned up after each day. Did a good job on a very old roof. Gutter installer worked around a difficult, odd corner. Lots of dry rot repair. Also repaired ceiling damage. Got a "thumbs up" on two separate inspections from the town inspectors who are notoriously hard to please. Did forget to send me the preparation letter which would have been very helpful.
