Haysville Family Medcenter

I have been a patient here for years. I have always been pleased with my Dr. Recently I called and scheduled an appointment and had to see the PA because my Dr. was booked up for the day. This was the worst experience I have ever had during a Dr. visit. She was very rude! She would ask me a question and then talk over me and answer. She several times all but called me a liar about my health condition and I was concerned she may have been looking at the wrong patient file. I have never had any problems with my Dr here, but after this experience will never schedule appointment with PA if my Dr is not available.

The Dr is great. The 2 receptionists up front are rude and disrespectful and act like idiots. I had to pay $25 for the Dr to fill out FMLA paperwork, all i had was change. So i counted out quarters, dimes and nickels and i all got was eye rolls, sighs and disgust from the receptionist. The red haired older receptionist is rude and acts like she doesn't know what's going on when i ask questions about paperwork i had turned in to be filled out. The nurses take more than 2 days to call back, BUT the Dr. is WONDERFUL and so is the referral lady!

They are so wonderful!! They have longer hours which makes it very flexible with my work schedule! Plus they are open on the weekends!!!! The staff makes you feel right at home and it feels like they are your friends not just a nurse and dr! My entire family sees just one dr and he remembers lots of little details about each of us from past visits! I have never had to wait longer then 10 mins to be seen either!
