Hays Chevrolet

This place is a joke. All I wanted was an oil change. Called in several times and nobody would answer the phone as it would go directly to the answering machine. So I drive down there to personally make the appointment after work, and the service advisor was rude to me acting as if it was inconvenient to schedule my oil change. Apparently they do not like doing business when it is inconvenient for them. They will no longer have my business.

Having to deal with the business office at Hays Chevrolet is very frustrating. The personnel is unorganized and is not knowledgeable or familiar with state changes and requirements for Title work, requiring additional time and trips to the tag office. I would never purchase another automobile from Hays Chevrolet.
