Merrimack Valley Hospital

Worst hospital experience EVER in my life. Highly do not recommend it. (wish I could give it 0 stars). Very short staffed AND made me feel like I wasn't important AT ALL. Every time I asked for assistance, I was told they were assisting OTHER patients which made me wonder... hmmm so what am I ???!!! Had TWO white female patients in the same room as me and one was discharged before me AFTER striking an employee. SMDH. Anyway, not going to get into much detail here too much, but lets just say my experience was not pleasant and I felt racially discriminated and sexually profiled.

The food was not fit for a dog. In fact my wife took home what was billed as a roast beef sand by the hospital and our dog would not eat it. Nurses were assigned way too many patients to be able to effectively care for any of them. Most of the nurses that I had were new grads with associates degrees and less than 2 years experience. If we did not have to go to a hospital emergently I'd make sure anyone in my family stayed clear of this hospital and drove to Boston for treatment.
