        The training is fantastic. It is tailored to my needs and I feel I am making great progress. Each time I complete a session I feel great and never thought I could accomplish what I am doing. Angel is very good and explains the purpose for each exercise and what we want to accomplish. I would recommend to anyone who needs to have a trainer.

        Angel is a very intense traine...

        Angel is a very intense trainer. Your workout will be one of a kind, and each time you go back he tries to make it a different routine. He loves what he does and is great at it. If you want your workout to be extreme, and intense come see Angel!
