Islander Airport Shuttle

Do not use this company! I would give it zero if I could. I write this as I wait at the airport for an Uber. They call me when my flight lands and tell me not to call them until after I pick up my bags. My flight took a while to taxi and they had to change terminals. They called me back as I am waiting to get off the plane which didn’t make sense as I didn’t get my bags yet. I told them about the switch and that we were just notified. Their employee/dispatcher in a nice, professional manner proceeded to tell me “you’re killing me bro. You can’t do that to me. We aren’t a small company. “ then tells me he doesn’t know when he can get to me. I told him I have an infant and can’t really wait around in the cold forever and needed to know that he was going to get me and he said he didn’t know when someone would come to me. He told me the taxi should have only taken 10 minutes, almost insinuating I was lying. We then got into to a verbal argument and I cancelled the service. Shame on them for putting a customer in that awkward situation of trying to put blame on me and fighting with me. Very unprofessional. You’d think they have done this before. Clearly they are an amateur outfit. Don’t be fooled by the cheap prices. Pay the higher rates from a different company to ensure a professional, secure experience
