Hattiesburg Community Dental Center

I don't know why others have left bad reviews for this clinic. The dentist here are some of the best I've ever seen. This clinic is a blessing to those of us without insurance because the price of the visit is based on your income. If not for this clinic I wouldn't be able to afford dental care.

Terrible. That's all i am gonna say.

I went there to do a white filling. I eventually had to go to a regular dentist & pay out of pocket because the service and professionalism was so bad at this place. The wait time to even see the doctor was horrendous. Who ever thought you would have to wait 5 hours to see a dentist. When I eventually saw the doctor he just spent time walking in & out of the room. Then he said, doing a filling will take too long & told me to come back the next day.



He used an old school x-ray machine to take my teeth x-ray which extremely hurt my mouth. I wouldn't suggest anyone to go here unless you just have to have a tooth pulled. But even then, who wants to deal with unethical people. I have medicaid so I thought I would get a good deal on getting my white fillings done at this place. I got there really early so the doctor had plenty of time to do my filling. But I realized that this place is a scam. He told me to come back so they can bill my medicaid again. They charge you each time for a office visit. In effort, he wasn't going to do a white filling anyway.



The people & the doctor there are only there for easy money. Because pulling a tooth is easy money & they don't want to do anything more complicated than that. How I know is during the examination room he kept saying to me, "Do you wanna save this tooth?" I kept saying yes & then he just told me to come back another day to do the filling. When I asked the receptionist how much would a white filling cost. She told me $200. They claim to use a sliding scale because my income is very limited. I said to myself, this is not deal at all. But the way I was treated I will defiantly not be going back. These are not nice people. They sent me a survey to fill out about the level of service I received. Well, I filled it out thinking I could report them when I sent it back in. Low and behold the address on the survey goes back to them. What's the point I said, and threw the survey in the trash.
