I just had the similar experience to a RUDE lady on the phone, but I actually hung up on her. I was ask'ing for various sizes available and said 'oh 5X15 is pretty big and she literally starting making huffing and snorting noises and yelled 'NO ITS NOT' ...I could hear the 'duh' like tone in her voice. I knew she wasn't someone I wanted to give my business to so I just hung up. Seriously was really rude.

Called this business, and after the lady who answered was immediately rude and confrontational, I was hung up on. I tried calling back several times without any answer. Looked at reviews on Google, the only other review involves the manager who was also extremely rude. I'd email the owner, but he's probably a jerk too. Seriously was on the phone with this lady for a total of less than 30 seconds. I've never left a Yelp review before but I think people need to be aware of the kind of people they'll be freaking with if they choose this facility.
