Hartwell Flooring Center

We just had to have all of our hardwood floors sanded and refinished. Chad also had to replace psome of the subfloor. He did a fantastic job ! Could not be more pleased ! He and his team moved our large furniture out and back in! I also had him to refinish the inside of my fireplace! It is beautiful! His wife Heather, who works in the office was very nice and helpful! They came out to assess water damage on floor, gave a quote, said would be back. They never came, never called even after repeated calls to ask them to call us. Very poor customer service.

Before doing business with Hartwell Flooring I had called several other Flooring companys to come out and give estimates to do a considerable amount of business for my apartments. I waited several weeks on some of those business and either they didn't show up or they took forever to get me the estimate. I contacted Hartwell Flooring and they were very prompt in coming out to give me not only the estimates, but to start work. I have had great sucess with this company, and can count on there services to be professional and in a timely manner. I appreciate finding such a down-to-earth company with good work ethics.
