Holzhauer & Hewett Sc

BUYER BEWARE! Went here for a braces estimate. Given a $5600-5800 estimate than asked "should we proceed with a work up?" So I agreed (they never said anything further at this time, warning me of what my yes really meant.). Came back to view X-rays, etc and cost jumps to $6100. 2 other docs in area quoted me $5800 and stuck with that so of course, I went with 1 of them. Now I received a bill for $300 from Holzhauer charging me for the X-rays and work up. Again, NEVER warned me I would have to pay that if I didn't go with him. He is very GREEDY in my opinion!! Clearly he was determined to get my extra $300 no matter what, either by increasing my quote or charging me now. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!!!!

I went to Dr. Holzhauer, he was absolutly amazing. Not only was he actually able to retain contents of previous discussions about my not-so-exciting life, he was able to succussfully improve my smile by a short deadline. I only had my braces on for MAYBE a year and a half. Time went on when i finally got worried about prom around the corner, and i asked if he could possibly take them off before prom, sure enough he reached all of his goals with my smile 9 days before prom! :) now everyone says that i have a great smile.
