Fred's Sanitary Service

This was the worst experience I have ever had from a service standpoint. I had asked my realtor to be notified when Fred's was going to chlorinate my well so that I could be there. Fred's came in without any access to the house and without my knowledge and dumped chlorine. When I got home at 9:00 PM I suddenly find myself without water. All that was posted on the door was that it was chlorinated and not to use water until they purge on 8/3. Well 8/3 has come and almost gone and no Fred's. Now my family faces another night without water. Not only that but also my well pump no longer works. I called Fred's to come and fix the issues that apparently were caused by what they did and purge the well so we can have water. He refused and said that another customer was more important than me and my family. He could be here first thing on 8/4. They obviously do not care how they leave customers hanging without basic necessities. Run and find someone else to help with your septic.

Friendly office people, great well dressed driver showed up at my house at the time specified. Fair price.

I would not hire these people to flush my toilet. They are offensive, foul people.
