Stroke Rehabilitation
In addition to our busy office practice, we provide comprehensive hospital care. We are an integral part of The Stroke Center at Hartford Hospital.
Primary Care

Internal Medicine
Stephen Conway, M.D. is a graduate of Amherst College (1975) and Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons (1979). He did his neurology residency at The Longwood Neurological Training Program affiliated with Harvard Medical School (1983-1986) and postgraduate training in electrodiagnostic medicine (EMG) at Lahey Clinic (1986-1987). He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He also has served as an examiner for the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is currently an attending physician at Hartford Hospital and an Associate Clinical Professor of Neurology at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. Dr. Conway founded Hartford Neurology, LLC in 1994 after being in solo practice for seven years.

Dr. Steven P. Bondi M.D., M.P.A. is a graduate of Fordham University (2011) and New York University School of Medicine (2016). He has a Masters of Public Administration with a focus in Health Policy from NYU Wagner School of Public Health. He did his Neurology residency and Clinical Neurophysiology fellowship (EMG) at NYU School of Medicine. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Neurology at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and an attending physician at Hartford Hospital. Dr. Bondi joined Hartford Neurology, LLC in 2021.

Your first appointment may take up to one hour. We ask that you bring in your current insurance card, a valid id and any discs containing previous radiology studies. We are particularly interested in the CT scan and MRI’s that pertain to the reason for your visit. Results of evaluations performed by other doctors are also helpful.
