Connecticut Hair Salon

Visited for the first time a few weeks ago. Walked in with my son. They took him immediately and did a good job so we returned a second time. This time we had to wait even though there was one guy doing nothing. When I asked the guy near the front desk informed me only one of them does walk ins and he was busy. So we waited. The third time the wait was longer so we chose to go somewhere else. The guy did a good job on my son's hair the two times we were there previously but had no personality whatsoever. Their customer service is bad and their fowl language was far from professional. Don't understand making a customer wait when you have one barber sitting around doing nothing. And it wasn't like he was waiting for a customer who was coming in shortly because we were there for at least an hour and he was doing nothing when we arrived and doing nothing when we left. They never spoke to us or even acknowledged the fact that we were there.
