I have the personal number of the cab driver that I found was professional and had a clean cab. I suggest you find a driver you trust and make sure he is available at the times you make an appointment for the doctor. Some of the daily trips are for people who work shifts so work around set times as your driver has other customers and is not a chauffeur. They cost a lot more money.

I don't know why they use this rude man to answer the phones at this business. I feel like he needs personal help to get that chip of his shoulder or at the very least, courses in phone etiquette and/or customer service. There is a way of being decent to people that he doesn't know or care to know especially if they are customers. I don't care if you hate your job or you're having a bad day. He hangs up abruptly and is extremely rude for no reason. I waited for almost an hour when he said cab is on the way. They just never showed up. I called them to follow up and it just rang and rang. I hope this company gets it together for their sake. Based on the reviews I'm reading, I doubt it.

Our company has an App called CabbyGo where you can avoid talking to a dispatcher, it allows u to see a driver's GPS ETA. And connects you directly with your driver.

I had reserved a cab 2 hours before the time i needed the cab to come & it still didnt come on time,then i called to cancel it & i let the dude know that the cab didnt even come & he started getting all smart with me & he said the cab did come & they beeped,but i didnt hear no beep & they didnt call me,& i put him in his place..Bad Service.

This cab company is terrible when trying to get a cab to get to work late nite. They never have any cabs available.

They were very rude on the phone and even tried to charge me a $10 fee (in addition to the meter) just to pick me up from Hummelstown! The Public Utility Commission allows taxicab companies to add a fuel surcharge tax to customer fares to make up for the increasing price of gas, but apparently that is not enough for them. When I asked what the additional charge was for I was told it was to cover the cost of gas! Since when does it cost $10 in gas to drive from Harrisburg to Hummelstown?

He was so rude even before I asked or said anything. Maybe that employee is purposely playing against the owner.

Most drivers are nice, but experienced 2 that were rude to me. I like that I don't have to wait very long.
