Beware!! Save yourself for the worst possible and terrible car repair.



Owner is complete nutcase, cheap and worst in attitude. He has to learn to treat customers well, he has to !



I ended up losing money for nothing got fixed but more damages occurred to my car. Please avoid going there if you love your car.



Here is my experience at his garage at downtown Harrisburg PA.

1. Owner did the wrong quote in the beginning

2. he tore down the bill in from of my eyes at the time of payment when I complained about half of the things not fixed or more damaged, still I ended up paying very close to full amount he quoted and he did not care to give me a new bill at all.

3. After the repair, I ended up having much bigger front bumper crack grew 2 inches more and one lost part. I had to purchase it later with another dealer and fix by myself. He was denying vaguely to take responsibility for it, that was scary to me!

4. In the end, after taking back my car, I am now facing weird noise and wobbly tier upon driving my car, which he claimed to be fixed. Oops risky! When I called him back-the owner, he abruptly refused to fix or even look into it.



So here I go unsaved with losing money, nothing got fixed, ended up fixing my car with some other dealer, of course paying additional for it. I learnt my lesson :)
