        Overall

        Courtney Towing & Parts in Harpers Ferry, WV is the worst. They do not discuss their billing and/or storage rates with you until you go to pick up your vehicle. They don’t return telephone calls so you can arrange to pick up your vehicle so they charge you with more storage fees. Then if you have questions regarding you bill they use profanity and threaten you with violence. I have been in the legal profession for 30 years and I have never seen a company treat people the way this company does. I would never recommend this company.
