DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON.They do not know what they are doing and are lying thieves. I went in to get color done on my hair and the stylistic messed it up horribly. My hair was 3different Colorado and I looked like Vitamin C from the 90s. When i complained the stylist said she couldnt do anything and to come back in 2 weeks and shed try fixjng it then. I went home and cried my eyes out and hair usually doesnt matter to me. I went back the next day and the manager Michalle seemed all to very eager to help. She made the Colorado doughty better and gave my free conditioned. She also said she was going to refund the $154 I had paid but she had to call it in through corporate. Three weeks have passed and no refund. I call and she never returns the call. I call corporate today and am informed she has never called in about the issue nor did corporate have to issue the refund that she could do it herself at the store. So this part month she has lied saying shes been calling them about my refund and she never did. Corporate is now handling the issue and hopefully I get my money back soon. I highly advise not going to this salon. The stylistic don't know what they are doing and the manager is a huge two faced liar.
