I'm sure you've seen "Leave your car at home" in their advertisements. Well, not because they are close to the Metra... but because there is NO PLACE TO PARK! Parking was a HUGE issue. No guest parking, had to make all guests park at the train station across the street any PAY to park. One night I got home around 3AM and not even one spot was open. I called the tow company who patrols the lot and asked what I should do, they had no suggestions for me.

Office staff changes routinely and nobody seems to know what's going on, unless it comes to the amount of money you owe them.

I lived in 1800, Building B and I swear it was the LOUDEST Building EVER. In the summer all your hear are kids running in and out of the building. The smell of pot fills the hallway. When doing laundy, in building C, you get a stron smell of urine. In the summer months, it's almost unbearable.

Pool and work out room is ONLY open when the office is open. So that means, the latest you can swim is 6pm. For people like me who work a 9 to 5, makes the amenity worthless. Also, if you want to bring a guest to swim, you have to pay $2 per guest. NEVER had a complex charge that before. And, before you use the pool, you have to walk to the leasing office and give them your ID. Such an inconvenience.

Expecting to get your security deposit back? haha.. Think again! I was assessed every fee under the sun, not only did they keep my original security, but now I owe them $400. I tried to dispute the charges because they are not all valid, and have had no assistance or resolution. I even contacted AMC (the mgmt company directly) and NOTHING.
