Trying to get information on the warranty they provided, if it was in house or what? Now that I believe they went under, my car is acting up.

This place is the worst place to get a car! I have had nothing but problems with my car and they don't fix anything right! They still owe me also!

I am very unhappy with this company. had it in for repair and they put a part on that wasn't the problem. He still made me pay for the part and labor.Told me it was not covered by warranty. I took it back, and, it took 2 weeks to get rear differential. I should have been refunded for the wrong diagnosis.

I purchase a truck from here in November of 2012. Within 2 months had to start replacing parts. Distributer cap, and rotor. Then heater core, then the problems with it being in a flood that I was unaware of, all tierods, ball joints in front end. All brakes and rotors were severely rusted and pitted. Likely due to water being in fluid. When originally purchased had to take back twice because turn signal intermittently lights up on dash, still not fixed. The sales lady told me loan would be 18 months, while signing documents I found ou it was 48 months. Should have walked away at that time.

Front desk woman is a liar, will say anything to get your money. Very sleazy and terrible personal hygiene.

STAY AWAY!!! Absolutely the worst place to buy a vehicle....First was screwed over buying vehicle and then took it back to them for work to be done with my air conditioning system under the warranty that I was made to purchase (which just found out it illegal to do in PA), because no one else wanted to deal with the warranty company. A/c stopped working again so I took back to them twice...finally was told that the compressor they replaced initially was cracked....it would now cost me appr $600 because it was no longer under warranty. Things didn't add up so took it to our regular mechanic. We found out that not only did they not replace everything that should have been replaced when they initially replaced the compressor, the leak was actually coming from front seal and at the suction discharge hose that they messed up when putting back to together. I was out my only vehicle for two days because the discharge hose is a dealer only part that had to be ordered. I contacted the manager of One Stop and also the Owner whom handed back to the manager to deal with....Ended up costing me $978.83 for the work plus two days of renting a vehicle and and the Manager's only ramification to this would be to give me $150 toward the bill that was a direct result of his mechanics screw up because I should have taken it back to them to fix...no way after they messed it up to begin with....UNBELIEVABLE and UNACCEPTABLE
