The Opera House Apartments

They made it sound like a great, quaint little place to rent. They have bedbugs. It's community living, and until it gets fully treated throughout the building (because they're only treating the apartments that have them) ...good luck! P.s. don't let them blame you, mine were painted into my baseboards. Children are not very welcome, don't even bother. Don't expect a 24-hour notice as is required by law, they don't care about what's legal and isn't. People that get hired on as apartment managers are hired very carelessly.
